Hi I have noticed some emails are disappearing but only from my iPad. I received the emails no problem but have noticed a few days later they had disappeared. I logged into bt.com/email and they are still showing in inbox and also still on my android phone. When I search on the iPad email app I can find the email I want and it says it is in the inbox but when I go back to the inbox it’s not showing. It seems to be random what emails disappear so not all from the same email address. I know this is probably an apple issue but anyone had the same issue or know how to solve it.
