How do I find out whether I have a "Standard BT email" account?

If you are a BT broadband customer, you have Standard mail. If you are not a BT broadband customer or paying for Premium Mail (a misnomer) then you have Basic Mail.

If you look at the email section of your MyBT, it will state what service you have.
