How do we get BT to re-introduce the 'Keep me signed in' option in this new email system?
It drives me MAD to have to keep signing in, and especially so when on a long call that involves regularly checking emails!

I guess your webmail browser sessions are being terminated randomly.
The "Keep me signed in" option was used to preserve log-in details across browser sessions, the loss of this facility is a different problem.
