Just recently I have been unable to access my my talk21 email account on my phone.
I have tried to access it on the BT website and am asked to verity my identity as my login is no longer secure. It then says it has detected "suspicious activity" and asks me to confirm my details, date of birth, post code and mothers' maiden name, but when I enter the details, it tells me that something is incorrect, when everything is definitely correct. So I don't know where to go here.
I have searched the forum for similar issues and have tried getting in via My BT, and also using the .t21@btinternet.com address as an alternative, but nothing seems to work.
I have another, back up email address, but still need the Talk21 email address. How else can I resolve this? Can anyone help please?
