Unable to access email

Wounded if someone can help please. 

my uncle recently passed away and they had 2 email addresses linked to the BT account, both of which where @Bt connect.com. 

My auntie has now transferred the account into her name but we no longer have access to the emails. 

can these emails addresses be transferred

@btconnect.com are business email addresses not residential so if account transferred is business still operating
