Would you provide some more information so the community can help you?

Are you trying to access your email on an app or by logging in at www.bt.com/email ?

Are you a BT Broadband customer?

BT email address been compromised- now unable to log in

Email address has been altered  (to BTiternet)

error message saying ‘cannot connect server for BTinternet

need more information  are you trying to access email using app or web mail?  if app can you try using web mail

are you currently a BT broadband customer?
