Last night at about 7pm, I was kicked off WebMail and got the following error message. On looking at this forum, it too was down with same error. Indeed all BT web sites appeared to be down, even trying to look at their operating status, same error. It all cleared up at about 9pm, but just wondered - what happened? (I tried other browsers, private modes, all the same result)
