Whenever I sign into MY BT account I am redirected to my webmail page, I am unable to navigate away from this page and so cannot access any of the other features such as my invoices/statements etc , has anyone else had this problem?

Could this be the problem? Seems to occur quite regularly and easily cured!

@Carlusha Solved ! Thank you so much , I had logged in with my BT email password instead of my BT ID , it is now working properly.
