Why am I repeatedly logged out?

Since the revamp of the email service, has too many annoyances to start into them all, but the worst is that I am logged out every time I stop using it and have to log back in, which previously only happened occasionally. Why? And what can I do to stop it. It is driving me mad!

The BT webmail does not allow you to save your login, only BT knows why. But if you use an email client/app they keep your individual email login details.

@SteveB21 Please, what do you mean by  "I am logged out every time I stop using it"

Do you mean your session is terminated if you leave it idle, or do you mean you have to log back in after closing and reopening your browswer?

Sorry, Peter, missed your post back in May. Thanks for getting involved. I meant the former, sometimes after a very brief time idle, occasionally when in the middle of writing an email. Anyway, the problem seems to have much diminished.
