I have a btconnect email account from way back. I managed to lose my password following a password reset and seem to be unable to get it sorted. I have spoken with BT and followed their lost password process but have come across problems. First they send an email with pin to reset account to an email address no longer in use (since I retired). Then they ask a series of validation questions of which I am unable to answer one - the location of the organization setting up the account. There seems to be no easy way round this so I need help - I can’t br the only person with this problem
