Trying to post of e mail board but not been allowed.
on the first attempt in days to log into BT e mail on my computer it says details are incorrect and I have tried too many times and locks me out.
Tried to post on e mail board on here but will not let me.
I use the app on i phone mainly because of this but I need to file and move some of my e mails as they are now mounting up on the app and it will not allow me to move them to their correct folders on the ap.
Log in details are obviously working on phone, and I have cleared cache etc. and still no joy on desktop.
Any help please this is getting tiresome.
