delayed incoming messages

From yesterday 17/12 2023 at 20.00 - I have not received any emails until 08.09 this morning. Has there been a problem??

Hi @larissa welcome to the community and thanks for posting. There haven't been any known email problems reported. How do you normally access your BT email? If you log in to the BT webmail site are the emails there?
