<p>All files will be deleted once BT Cloud is closed. If you want to keep your files, make sure to <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">download them before 31 October 2024</a>.
I'm grateful for all your replies with recommendations, re your reply of 13-01-2024, I had ThunderBird uninstalled and installed, it solved the problem and everything works as before.
