Hi logged in this morning to email, now cannot log in what is happening BT need to sort this out.
looks like webmail is down
email via Outlook is work ok
I cannot log in to my BT mail account. keep getting this message.

What are they playing at, and why no warning this would happen, if they are messing about with the websites, which is another message it received, they should warn us service will go down, and advise for hope long, not acceptable,
Unfortunately it is not unknow for an online service to develop a fault which causes the system to go down and as such it is not always possible to give advance warning.
I am not just talking about BT, this has and does happen to other companies such as banks etc.
I don't use webmail so can you tell me when it last happened and how frequent it has been happening ?

I was just curious because you said it happens too often and as I was not aware of any previous instances recently I thought you might be able to enlighten me but as you feel you don't need to answer that question I guess I will never know from you when it last happened or the frequency that it happens.
EDIT 1826hrs: @polish I managed to find one instance when BTMail was down for a short time for some users on 22nd March 2024. Perhaps that is the one you were referring to? Please don't feel you need to answer.
