email getting logged up - page unresponsive

Hi 

I would like a solution to prevent my email from jamming up and rendering the page unresponsive. This issue happens far too often, and I am not satisfied with the email service. Please provide a prompt resolution to this matter.

This is a BT residential customer to customer forum. Your post does not go to BT. 

If you look through the forum you will see a large thread regarding the BT Webmail Feed back in which other have reported the same issue and BT are apparently working on a fix.
