Happening every month now since October 2022.

Just back at the pc after a Christmas break, and email sending down again.
This only just reset in late December.
Need to contact official bodies urgently.
Reset router not effective, IP address can only be reset by provider .
This has to be sorted please!!!!
IP address can simply be changed by disconnecting your hub from line for half an hour or so.

did you try switching of hub/router for say 30min so you get a different ip address as suggested in your same post yesterday
What doesn't work, IP address not changing or not fixing error?
Can you send from a phone using 4G rather than WiFi?
Not fixing error, but I don' know how to check my correct IP address properly unfortunately
