Tried to logon to mybt this eve but got invalid login message despite using password i know to be correct. started a password reset process but first checked what BTID was against my account. Entered my account phone number but system said it had 2 email addressed against the number. One I recognised one i didn't. I selected the correct one and it said it would send a pin number to confirm. I received the pin and tried to enter it but the screen said something was wrong and try again. However screens will not let me try again because as soon as i enter the phone number it says something is wrong ..... why oh why did you screw up the working email/BTID system. On previous post I'd also said i can no longer access secondary email accounts via web!
