Yes the whole page is so faint i  am getting a blooming bad neck trying to read it !!!!

My problem with the new email format is the jumping of the text.

I start to compose, or answer, an email. I start to type and then, without any interference from me, the text suddenly switches to the top of the page. This happens frequently. This is so annoying. 

When sending messages to multiple contacts, the addresses are still not in alphabetical order when the CC or BCC boxes are selected. The addresses are in alphabetical order in the contacts list. I have had this problem since the new format was first introduced a couple of years ago.

Yes I still get the same. Cursor jumps to the top and chnages font. Makes writing an email painfull at times.

I think the fact it has not been resolved shows there is no strong interest from BT to imporve the user experience.

Yes i agree   The management have no interest in our problems which have been caused by bad design.  which is not  user friendly  .Shameful attitude    ..

Surely, the simple answer would be for BT to revert to the previous issue ? That worked fine for me.

Me too...! i really found it easy and convenient and straightforward   Fabulous.. My sight is impaired so this new format is a nightmare...
