How can I reduce the frequency of having to sign in with email address and password to access emails? Seems every 2-3 days I have to sign in despite checking 'keep me logged in box'.  No other company requires me to log in so frequently

Indeed the fault has been discussed but not fixed (to the best of my knowledge).
