On Tuesday of this week, I had an Outlook update and ever since then I can no longer access my btconnect email account. I have tried resetting the password but I just keep going round in a loop ending up where I started.
Seemingly BT no longer support btconnect email accounts and I am at a loss as to who to turn to for help. From what the troubleshooter says, it's a problem between the server and my account ?.
I've had this account for many years and never had a problem with it before, until now.
Help !!
btconnect email account is normally associated with a business. if you are a business user then you need to post here https://business.forums.bt.com/ as this is a residential forum
It's a personal account but I will try the business forum.

@imjolly is right in that the email would have been associated to a BT Business account. All @btconnect.com email addresses fall under BT Business.
Our residential email domains are:
@btinternet.com
@btopenworld.com
@talk21.com (this may also appear as ".t21@btinternet.com")

Just to let you know that BT no longer support those domains as well as btconnect.

We do support those emails still. The primary one for residential is @btinternet.com as the @btopenworld.com and @talk21.com emails can be accessed using @btinternet.com as the domain. The mailbox stays the same.
For the business side of this, you should get a reply on their Community but if not, check out there other ways of contact for BT Business. They should be able to look into the email side of things and let you know if the email is still active.
