I am not able to send emails via any Apple device. I have deleted the accounts and re-entered and still no joy.
Webmail works fine.
I have tried various other ports etc to no avail.
Any Ideas???

Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
If neither of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client

Have you previously been able to send and receive emails or has you never been able to set your BTMail account up in Apple Mail?
How many devices is this happening on?
When you are setting up Apple mail you are best to set it up manually and enter all the settings as per this link.

it is on three devices
