When I login for my BT Mail, a dropdown menu appears listing my current address and password and many of my previous addresses and passwords that I no longer need. How can I delete the unwanted items?
That's a browser function, not a BT function. You need to go into the settings function of your browser and look for stored usernnames and passwords and delete them there.
