BT id

Hi,

I'm trying to gift my ex husband's email to him. We've managed to get so far, but apparently to finish off the process I have to change my BT id. My BT id is my email so what do I change it to? I've tried to get through to a real person but I'm fast losing the will to live. Every number I've tried just goes round in circles. Any ideas anyone?

No, you don't have to change your BTid, the recipient needs to have a BTid to receive the gift
