Blocked Senders list

How do I restore contacts accidently added to the Blocked Senders list ?

Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on "delete".

As you may have guessed I am just a user of the service.....and was not aware there WAS a "Settings"  tab thing....

Thanks again.....will try not to get distracted next time I am adding spam messages to the blocked list....

Thanks! You helped me remove a company I recently ordered something from, from my blocked sender list. I wasn't receiving confirmation emails from them. Problem solved😊

I've tried this, but I don't see "Mail".

That's your browser settings, not your email settings.

Click on your username (email address) in the top right corner of the webmail page.
