Unfortunately this doesn't make any difference. Is it because the messages are automatically going into the spam folder in the first place? Is there a way to get them moved from spam to just deleted - I ask as I get at least 10 a day with this word. Thanks

They have asked if you can try changing the settings as below; Could you change the rule that shows 'All' to 'Any' Also, remove 'If the body' contains McAfee and leave it with the 'If Subject' contains McAfee and the body does not.
