This is happening on my mothers email when she tries to send an email, she uses webmail so its nothing to do with settings and the emails she is sending most definitely dont look like they are spam.
Its almost certainly a BT email problem, would an @admin be kind enough to give me a hand sorting it please?

Is your Mum sending group emails? If so, how many email addresses are in the group message?
Does she have her own email address copied in? If so, can she try removing this and trying to send emails again?

Nothing out of the ordinary, no group, no BCC, just simple To, suject and content
