Cant create email address on my account the function seems to have disappeared, please can this be looked into for me?

How long have you been a BT Broadband customer?
If you were not a customer prior to Oct 2022 you will not be able to have a BT email address as it was stoped for new customers and if you were a customer but did not have a BT email address prior to that date you can not now set one up.
Why on earth would you want to anyway? There are plenty of free email addresses available that are not tied to an ISP.

Do you already have a BTMail email account that was part of your broadband and does/did it show in your MyBT > Your Products > Email Manage?

When did it use to be part of your MyBT products.
Give as much information as possible.
Had an active account, in the last 150 days this account has always been part of My Bt products and has now disappeared
