Corrupted email

Sending a simple email e.g 'test' to anyone - including my children - I get the following message:

Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons. Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phishing before retrying. (6-1-1-1) ID (674902180B4F88FE)

I can send a message to myself, and then forward it to my children.

Any ideas please

Re: Corrupted email

Hi @robert5988,

Welcome back to the Community!

We don't want you to have any issues with your emails, so I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Do you have the same issue regardless of the subject and content in your emails?

Re: Corrupted email

It has now cleared. However after it happened a couple of times I sent emails with the heading Test and just 'Test' in the content. and it was the same problem.

I use a PC so my daughter used her IPad and she had the same issue.

Re: Corrupted email

@robert5988 Just to clarify your e-mail is working ok now for sending? Seems your account may have been having an issue with the spam filter if it was triggering just sending the word test. Please let us know if it happens again or is still happening and we can report it to our e-mail team.
