Morning all - if DISCARD is set as a rule action, does it
o stop emails going into any folders eg Spam / Trash / other
o generally send emails to Spam
o generally send emails to Trash
o something else

I believe that it is supposed to delete the email altogether, thereby stopping it from appearing in any folder at all (including the spam folder):

However, I've found that in practice the rules aren't always applied correctly and I've had items appear in the spam folder - and even my inbox - that meet one or more of the rules I have set to discard them!
