I’m having an issue with delayed emails on my BT Internet account. I’m using Office 2019 on Windows 11, and while emails show up almost instantly on BT Webmail, iPad, and my iPhone, they can take hours to appear on my desktop PC.
Using F9 to poll the BT email account sometimes works, but most of the time there’s still a delay. My Gmail account on Office 2019 doesn’t have any problems.

Try a different email client such as Thunderbird to see if it is an Outlook problem or a BT problem.
