Re: Different email clients on two pc’s

If you have set up your own folders for your emails and T'bird has all the same folders and emails that are present when you check webmail using a web browser then you will be using IMAP.

You can confirm it if you go to the menu bar in T'bird and click on Tools then Account Settings then Server Settings it will show the account type at the top of the page.

Port 465 is the outgoing SMTP port.

Incoming IMAP port is 993

POP3 port is 995

I am now all set-up and running with Thunderbird on the second PC (win11).  All sub folders etc were all set-up.
Thank you very much everyone for your help.
