For information, when this had previously been reported on the forum to have happened and the emails were not in the loser's BTMail account on webmail it meant they were no longer on the BTMail servers and could not be recovered.
When the BTMail email team became involved apparently all they could do was inform the email account holder what device triggered the email deletions.
As far as I remember, in all instances it was reported by the BTMail email team that it was the loser's Apple device that triggered the deletion and as stated they could not recover the deleted emails.
There was no information about how the deletion had taken place given on the forum.
