My family use duck.com email addresses to stop trackers etc. These addresses are forwarded to our btinternet.com email addresses.
This week we noticed they had stopped working, duckduckgo.com have advised that BT have started treating them as spam, and blocking them.
Who do we contact in BT to sort this out?

Re: Duck.com email address
Why aren't duckduckgo dealing with BT if it is the case their emails are being treated as spam?

@Bobzyer_runkle You can try add the email addresses to your safe sender list.

Re: Duck.com email address
I think it's because I am BT's customer so I should deal with them....although I have suggested to duckduck that they would have more clout than me!
