Why do some of my posts go to Outbox ?

Welcome to the community.

Are the emails that are going to the outbox then sending or are they stuck there?

Do you have your email in the BT webmail site, the BT email app or are you using an email app or client?

Can you try to delete the app, restart your phone and then install the app again? 

It is also worth making sure that your phone software is up to date.

Better still, delete the app and install Blue Mail instead.
