Email Notification Delays/Non-Receipt

There has been an ongoing problem with @btinternet.com user emails experiencing delays/non-receipt of notifications from external/third party platforms. My experience is with Photocrowd.com who report email notification issues with BT. The problem has been ongoing for 4+ weeks  with no fix in sight from BT. Is anyone else affected by this problem please?

Thanks for coming back to the community. 

If you contact the company you're not receiving the emails from they can get this reported to us through the relevant team to get this investigated and resolved.

Many thanks for your response Leanne.

Photocrowd have been badgering BT for 4+ weeks.

All users with @btinternet.com emails are affected.

I have checked with the relevant team and they have not received any emails from Photocrowd, if this is still happening, could you please get back in touch and ask them to send an email and the team will get this looked into 🙂
