In the last week I get this irritating message which rejects all my messages no matter how mundane. I use Edge and have deleted my browsing data and cleaned my cache - to no end. I then used Opera browser for a bit but it then reverted to the same error message. Exasperated, I downloaded Firefox - with the same result.
I then tried to BT chat bot, but foolishly as my dinner was cooking. The response was dreadfully slow and meandered about to no effect. In the end after 30 minutes I had to give up. Not a good advert for BT's Help Desk
I note this is a fairly common issue but can't find any helpful replies on here.
Is there anyone out there who have successfully overcome this problem? If I can't get this sorted I will have to transfer my BT Mail to Yahoo or (heaven save me) to the dreaded G Mail.

I only use my laptop for BT Mail - not the App as it is too small on my phone. Occasionally I use my Desktop but both give the same results. In summary: 3 different browsers, 2 computers - yet no good results.

Yes, thank you! Seems to be working OK now. I hope it never returns as the message seemed to imply I was sending naughty messages, unlikely at age 86.
