Email fonts

What has the fonts in my emails suddenly change from Arial to Times New Roman? Seemed to happen after a recent microsoft update. I don't like Times New Roman so would like to change it. How?

Yes - after I posted, I found someone else had posted almost the same query and there was a solution published. 

and I have applied it and it seems to work
