I am unable to log in on my PC, phone app is ok.
The screen just keeps cycling - blank screen, log in screen, blank screen, ad infinitum.
Not a password problem!

Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or are you paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
If neither of the above your email account may have been downgraded to a BTMail Basic account which can not be used with an email client

If you are using a web browser try clearing your web browser's history and cookies.
When you do that make sure that you select the option "Clear All Time" if your browser offers that option.
