Had a new laptop for about a year (Windows 11) and its worked fine - this week the New Outlook stopped receiving new emails on the laptop. It works fine via the BT web version and also on my Samsung phone. I've followed all the guidance on the internet re clearing Caches etc have tried repair and reset options for Outlook, and reset my BT password and removed and then re-added the email account. I haven't changed any settings. Would appreciate any guidance / suggestions on anything that might be blocking emails from coming through and how to fix. Thanks very much.

It would appear the problem lies with Outlook rather than BT.
You can verify that by seeing if another client works ok on your laptop, such as Thunderbird or EmClient.
Thanks licquorice - I was wondering about that but thought I'd try and eliminate the basic things first 🙂. Must admit prefer the classic outlook to the new one !. Thanks.
