Email problems

We have only premium email with BT, no broadband or landline.

My wife and I cannot login to our BT accounts via Thunderbird etc... 

The only way to get our email is via webmail on BT.com even then we have to use windows browsers for access.

The MyBT app is totally useless as it doesn't list email under "my products" so we cannot use the app to check emails!!!

Is there a problem with the server at the moment?

Call the BT Premium email team.0808 100 6778

They should be able to help and check your account is showing as a Premium account.
