Hello!
I had my BT email hacked a while ago now, and not for the first time. So I created another email address.
I use Outlook 2013 as a client, but email do not come through to the new address, for example the last email I recieved was last Tuesday 30 June.
Also on the new email address I get Sync issues 1 ( this computer only).
Anyone have a clue as to what's going on.

Are you receiving emails if you logon to your BTMail account using a web browser (webmail) ?
Have you checked that you are using the correct settings as per this link.

Have you tried using a different email client such as Thunderbird in order to see if the problem is with Outlook which I suspect it will be.
Just turned on my laptop and all the emails now show all 237 of them.
I have changed nothing any idea why this happens, I have two other email addresses that work pefectly.

It's odd that they've now reappeared. I'm glad that you now have the emails that were missing.
