Hi, I've spent a fair amount of time reviewing previous q & a s on this but can find anything that matches my particular position.
I gifted my son his @btinternet email address when he went to uni and he's been using it ever since (12 years or so) and it's therefore pretty embedded in his email life. I'm pretty sure he has a BT id and affiliate account.
I've recently moved away from BT broadband and taken the precaution of setting up premium email - like him we have lots of links to our btinternet email accounts.
My question is this : what happens to our son's email account? He can still access it now but obviously doesn't want to only have a basic account that he can't link to his other mail apps. I feel this question won't be a run of the mill one so any help possible would be appreciated.
