How can I stop my middle name showing in the "sent from" heading of outgoing e mails.?

Assuming you are using a web browser, Log onto your email account using a web browser and then click on your user name at the top right hand side. Go to Settings then Profile. It should show what your profile name is showing. Change it and click "Save"
