Does everybody now have to go through this endless `captcha` process of clicks in order to just open your email? Because some of the pictures are so small I have had to resort to having a magnifying glass handy. Driving me round the bend.

Nope, I don't. But then I don't use the awful webmail interface, I use a proper mail client.

No. On the few occasions that I use webmail it logs on with out any problem.

Wasn't there a consensus that the captcha process was invoked when logging in over a VPN?

A couple of days without but this morning a return to ticking " I am not a robot " when accessing my e mail no Captcha required so far but for how long. ? Am i tempting the gods by adding that when i log in with Chrome instead of W11 i am not getting any of this  frustrating process. 

BT Can you advise why this is occurring. ?
