When I am typing, the message "We are experiencing issues with the service, please try again later." keeps on popping up. I thought it was only late at night, but it has been happening at 11 this morning. I've been getting it for at least a couple of weeks. It stops whatever I'm typing appearing on the screen, which is annoying, to say the least, as I don't look at the screen while I'm typing, so I have to type what I thought I'd typed, again. It also stops me being able to send the email, unless I catch it unawares. What is wrong with BT's email, or is there something wrong with my PC? Is this problem widespread? I sometimes get a pop-up that says "Please enter a valid recipient" (or something similar) when there is a recipient in the field. This alternates (not literally) with "We are experiencing issues with the service, please try again later."
No solution, but I get the same " We are experiencing issues with the service, please try again later." It has been going on for months now. What are the issues, please.
It even comes up with this message if I click on ' Save Draft '. What do I do if I now want to go out ?
Hi @Bert4545
It sounds like you may be getting this error each time the Auto-Save feature is updating?
Can you go into "Settings", under "Email " or "drafts" set the interval to save the draft up to 5 minutes.
Then monitor to see how often you get the error, if at all?

@Bert4545
Thanks for getting back to me with this.
It used to happen only in the evening/nights, but you have found it happening in the morning too?
Ali
@Bert4545 Changing the auto-save frequency was just a temporary test to see if it affects the error.
Not to worry, I can imagine it can be frustrating so we've raised this experience you're facing, and will get back in touch when we have an update.
Thanks
Ali
Hi @prabtcom & @Bert4545
Just following up on this. The Email team have asked if it's possible to record some dates and times when you experience the error message coming up?
It would also help if you record the multiple times it happens on a session too. For example 23rd April 15.37 , 15.42, 15.44 etc.
This will help the team to pinpoint the cause of it.
I'll send you both a PM with the request so that you can provide the logs once you have them.
Thanks.
Ali
