Can you supply more details such as are you using a web browser or an email client/app?
Has this just started to happen?
Are you trying to enter the email address manually or is the email address not being entered automatically when you start to type it in?
Does this happen every time you try to compose an email or is it only a certain email address that can't be inserted?
Any other information that may help diagnose your problem?
