Hi messages from my iPad to users now fail with invalid sender ID but if I send the same message from my iPhone the message sends with no issues. Checking the set up on both they are the same. I am a BT broadband user.

Are you able to receive messages on your iPad successfully?
Are you using a third-party app, logging into the BT app, or using a web browser?
