Lost email

Hi

I’ve lost an email. I went to put it in a folder & my finger slipped & it just disappeared. I’ve checked all my folders, spam, trash etc but no sign of it & it’s gone from my inbox.

I would check your folders again. Anything placed into a folder will be in date order so it is an older email it may not be at the top of the list.

You could also try using the search box at the left hand side at the top of the folders list.

Thanks but I’ve realised it’s in my folder archives & I’m struggling to get into those now

How are you accessing your email, is it with a web browser or are you using an email app or email client?

What folder archives are you referring to and how are you struggling to get into them?
