New email set up

Hi, Yesterday i deleted my email account in error, I added this back on but now have over 100, 000 emails coming through - can only delete 50 at a time so I could be there forever, I am trying to set up a new email address as this seems the easier option but cannot find anywhere to do this, I have been with BT for over 10 years so am not a new customer, can anyone  help ?

Thank you. Yes I have seen this , I do already have an email address with them but nowhere on screen/account gives me the option to set  a new one up .

Have you logged into MyBT not your email account?

What does it show under manage my products > email.

As an aside, the simplest way to delete the emails is to download Thunderbird and delete them in one go from there.

You must use a web browser and not the MyBT app.

When you log onto your MyBT and go to "Your Products" then "Email Manage" you should be taken to a page showing your account type and all your active email addresses and those that you may have "gifted" to friends or family.

On that page you should also have an option just above the list of email addresses that you already have called "Create new email address".

When you log onto your MyBT do you see all of the above?
