Not receiving all emails

Go to solution

I am not receiving all emails and they are not appearing as spam. For example, today my sister emailed me twice but I have not received the message. This has been going on for a while after visiting Asia - emails from certain people don't get through to me. I may have used an unsecured wifi in Aisa- could that be why? How can this be fixed?

Have you tried clearing your web browser's history and cookies?

When you do that make sure that you select the option "Clear All Time" if your browser offers that option.

Also check that her email address and email domain, the part after @ are not in your blocked senders list.

To do that log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select "Settings" then go to the left hand side and select "Mail". Scroll down and click on "Blocked Senders". Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on the small "Trash" symbol at the right hand side. It will only delete the email address from the blocked senders list not your contacts list

Thank you to the person who suggested looking at blocked senders. Somehow I had managed to block all emails with @gmail.com in the address and it appears to be working now I've unblocked them! Hopefully I won't miss any important emails now!
